New Delhi: Sanjay Bangar, former batting coach of TM India, has said that the biggest challenge before Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni of Chennai Super Kings in the upcoming IPL will be how he manages the experienced and ageing players of the team. The Chennai team has been seen in recent times to field older players, but still, it is considered to be the strongest team of the tournament and due to these players, they also won the title in 2018.

Bangar said on the Star Sports show, "Dhoni as a captain, I know he has a lot of experience. He also has the rest of the experienced players, but how he handles the experienced players on the field, I'm looking forward to it." Bangar further said that he does not see 39-year-old Dhoni in any other department.

He has said, "I don't think he will have any problem with these experienced players in batting or bowling. In the T20 format, the player's age matters a lot and fielding plays an important role. He is a senior player. It will be interesting to see where he puts them on the field. I think it will be his most challenging job as a captain."
