Odisha: The 76th National Football Championship for the Santosh Trophy Final eound  will begin on Friday, February 10, 2023 in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Three games from Group A will be played on the first day of competition, according to a press statement from the All India Football Federation (AIFF).

At 9 AM, the Capital Football Arena will host the opening game between Goa and the defending champions Kerala. At the 7th Battalion Ground, eight-time champions Punjab square off against Karnataka after Odisha, hosting the event for the first time since May 2012, plays Maharashtra. Both games are scheduled to begin at 3 PM. Six teams will compete in Group B the following day, including straight final round participants Railways and Services. In their opening matches, they compete against Manipur and Meghalaya, respectively. West Bengal, who finished second the previous year, will face Delhi to open their final-round campaign.
Three locations—Capital Football Arena, 7th Battalion Ground, and Kalinga Stadium—will host the games. Depending on the rankings following the penultimate round of games, the last round of group matches may be played simultaneously across the three stadiums. The top two teams from each group advance to the Saudi Arabian semifinal and championship games, which serve as the knockout rounds.
