Brazilian club Sao Paulo may soon make a formal bid to include Uruguay striker Edinson Cavani of French club Paris Saint Germain (PSG) in their squad. Cavani's former Uruguay teammate Diego Lugano is now the director of the Sao Paulo club. He believes that the agreement with the 33-year-old player can be completed in July this year.

According to reports, Lugano said, "I think he will join me with Sao Paulo before going to Boca. I have been saying this for a long time. There is nothing new in this."
