Mumbai: Manoj Sane, the killer of Saraswati, a live-in partner 24 years younger than himself, is constantly creating new stories in Mumbai's Mira Road area. He had told the interrogators on Thursday that he did not kill Saraswati, but when he returned home on June 3, Saraswati was found dead. Saraswati had committed suicide by consuming poison and foam was coming out of her mouth. Now he says that after chopping Saraswati's body into pieces and disposing of them, I was also going to kill himself. I was arrested by the police before that, otherwise I would have given up my life.  

During interrogation, Manoj Sane said, "I had also decided to give up my life. After disposing of Saraswati's body, he would have given his life and I have no regrets about killing her. However, no one will believe his story. The reason for this is that if he had to give his life, why was he trying to dispose of the body. Apart from this, why is he talking about Saraswati dying by consuming poison and being afraid of being arrested? At present, the police is investigating the case and is also verifying the contradictory statements of Manoj Sane. "We are unable to believe Manoj Sane's claims of committing suicide. So, we are investigating."

"Investigation is underway and the pieces of Saraswati's body have been sent for post-mortem," an officer from Nayanagar police station said. We doubt Manoj Sane's claims and are verifying them. Meanwhile, Sane has confessed during interrogation with the police that he was the one who killed Saraswati. He suspected that Saraswati was now in a relationship with someone else. In a fit of rage, he killed Saraswati with a knife and then cut the body with an electric cutter for the purpose of disposing of it. On Wednesday evening, the police arrested Manoj Sane following a complaint by neighbours. Locals had called the police after they noticed a constant smell emanating from the flat. Police reached the spot and recovered the body parts from the flat. The situation inside was that the body parts were found with blood in two buckets.
