New Delhi: India's legendary female boxer and former world champion Sarita Devi may soon say goodbye to the game. She says that she will decide on her retirement after the Olympic Games to be held in Tokyo next year, where she will aim to win medals. 37-year-old Sarita has three World Championship medals. Sarita has won the bronze medal in 2005 and 2008 besides gold in 2006.

Sarita received bronze at the Asian Games (2014), along with five gold and one bronze medal at the Asian Championships and silver medal at the Commonwealth Games Games (2014). Asked about retirement, she said, 'I can't say anything right now. I will decide something about my career after the Tokyo Olympics. The Manipur player has not been successful in the Olympics so far.

She wants to win medals in this game before finishing her career. Sarita and veteran Mary Kom will lead the 10-member Indian contingent at the Women's World Boxing Championships to be held from October 3 to 13 in Ulan Ude, Russia.
