The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has given a notification for recruitment to the post of Sub Inspector, Platoon Commander, and Fire Officer. Both male and female candidates can apply online for a total of 9534 posts. The candidates will be selected on the basis of written tests, physical tests, and medical tests. The date of commencement of the online application is 1st April.

Educational Qualification:
The candidate who is applying to the posts of Sub Inspector and Platoon Commander should have a graduate pass in any stream from any recognized university. Candidates should have a graduation degree in science stream to apply to the posts of Fire Officer.

Age-limit:
The candidates who have applied for suitable posts should be from 21 years to 28 years. The age limit will be relaxed for the reserved category candidates.

The candidates applying will have to deposit the application fee of Rs. 400.
