The Supreme Court on Friday has issued a notice to the superstar Salman Khan after admitting the request by Rajasthan Government for hearing of Chinkara poaching case.
On July 25, Salman Khan was acquitted by High Court in two cases of Chinkara poaching in Jodhpur after not considering the statement of key witness as he was disappeared.
The driver who was driving at the time when incident happened became witness claimed Khan had shot the gazelle. On which Salman had announced one and five years of imprisonment to which following which the superstar had to spend 13 days in jail.
