ICICI Home Finance in Delhi has launched the new loan scheme 'Your Home Dreamz' for skilled labourers working in unorganized spaces. The company will provide loans ranging from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 50 lakh under the scheme. The scheme is for Carpenters, Plumbers, Electricians, Tailors, Painters, Welders, Mechanics, Manufacturing Machine Operators, Computer Operators, RO Repair Technicians, Small and Medium-sized industry owners and People running the grocery stores.

In a press release issued by ICICI Home Finance, it has been said that the loan scheme is for persons from informal areas of India who want to purchase their homes but are not able to raise all the necessary documents to take the loan. Further, a release issued by the company said that a loan of 20 years period will require documents such as pan card, Aadhaar card and six months bank statement. For loans up to Rs 5 lakh, the customer's account should have a minimum amount of Rs. 1,500. There should be an amount of 3,000 for loans up to Rs. 5 lakhs.
