New Delhi: Schools are opening in many states including Delhi from today. Strict corona guidelines have been instructed to be followed. Today, schools are opening with 50 percent capacity in many states including Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Haryana, Rajasthan, Telangana, Assam, and Puducherry. Schools from 9th to 12th will open in the first phase in Delhi.  The Delhi government has clarified that no student will be forced to come to school. Schools from 1st to 5th will open in Uttar Pradesh. Schools from 6th to 12th will open in Madhya Pradesh. All states have been instructed to follow corona rules.

The states in which the school bell rang for these classes from today:-

Delhi: 9th to 12th
UP: 1st to 5th
Tamil Nadu: 9th to 12th
Haryana: 4th-5th
Madhya Pradesh: 6th to 12th
Rajasthan: 9th to 12th
Karnataka: 9th to 12th schools open from September 23
Telangana: HC banned from opening schools
Gujarat: Schools from 6th to 8th to open from September 2
Delhi: 9th to 12th schools to open from today

Here are the guidelines:-
Only 50% of the total capacity can come to school at a time
Seating arrangements for leaving one seat
A different time formula for social distance
1-hour gap between morning-evening shift
Instructions not to share food, books, stationery
Lunch break advised in an open area
Parental approval required to call the school
Recruitment zone teachers, staff, students not allowed
A quarantine room must be built on the school campus
Provision of thermal scanners, sanitizers, masks in the premises
Thermal scanner required at the entry gate
