Lucknow: On Saturday, when Congress National General Secretary Priyanka Vadra's car was stopped from meeting the family of retired IPS officer SR Darapuri in the capital Lucknow, she left in a scooty along with a Congress leader. Neither Scooty driver Dheeraj Gurjar nor Priyanka Vadra was wearing helmets during this time. After which Scooty's challan was made on Sunday.

He had given his scooty after seeing Priyanka Vadra. On Scooty's challan, Rajdeep has said that he has not yet paid the challan. Nor did he have any phone or contact with the Congress for the amount of the challan. So, he will fill the challan himself. Rajdeep Singh said that only one person came from the Congress office and went to meet him.

In the meantime, Congress leader Dheeraj Gurjar brought Scooty after going some distance and Priyanka Gandhi left him riding on him, due to not wearing a helmet, Lucknow Police on Sunday invoked Scooty. Lucknow Police fined 6300 rupees.
