New Delhi: Police have made elaborate security arrangements to stop protesting students of Delhi's Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). At the same time, the university administration has urged the students to return to classes. Apart from JNU in March, many university students are involved. The Delhi Police is trying its best not to let the protesters out of JNU. Even if they come out, they will be detained.

For this, several buses have been arranged outside the JNU campus. The HRD ministry has constituted a committee under the leadership of former UGC chairman VS Chauhan to settle the dispute. This committee will try to find a solution by talking to students and JNU administration. Section 144 has been implemented at the JNU gate, along with the eastern gate has also been closed. Baba Gang Nath Marge, Aruna Asraf Marg has been closed.

Around 200 police forces have been deployed at each gate of JNU and barricading has also been done at each gate. Delhi Police has deployed 9 Company Forces in JNU including Para Military Force. A total of 1200 police personnel have been deployed on the campus. Advisory has been issued by Traffic to avoid knowing Nelson Mandela Road, Aruna Asif Ali Road, and Gangnath Road, Mehrauli Mahipalpur Road, Aravind Marg, Outer Ring Road and use NH 48.
