The shooting is at present going on in Kolkata. There have been reports rift that this film is a sequel to Anurag Basu's 2007 hit film Life in a... Metro. Recently, there were gossips that Peecee’s sister and Namastey London actress Parineeti Chopra was a part of the film but she opted out. Basu cleared the reports on his Twitter page and called them fake. He wrote in his twitter handle, "Opt out!!!?? Hehehe this is so funny When was she In!?".

Even the actress deprived of the news and tweeted, "Guys please dont speculate on anything!! I will announce which film I am doing next myself. It is extremely disrespectful and bad PR for the makers of that film. I have not opted out of anything."

So far who stars alongside Abhishek Bachchan in the film, is not clear.

Fans of Hindi Cinema will see Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan after a gap of 8 years for a film titled Gulab Jamun. The shooting for the same is likely to start next year.
