New Delhi: A lawyer who fought for justice for Nirbhaya's was stopped by police while she was going meet the family of Hatras gang rape victim. She had a tussle with ADM. Amidst this tension, Seema Kushwaha told ADM that rapes happen due to people like, ADM JP Singh also said it happens because of people like you.

Seema Kushwaha said that the family of hathras gang rape victim had called me. According to media reports, Seema Kushwaha said, "The victim's family wants me to fight the case as their lawyer. But the administration is not allowing me to meet the family. The administration is saying that it will worsen the law and order." Seema Kushwaha, the lawyer who fought Nirbhaya's case and reached the noose of the convicts, reached Hathras on Thursday. She wanted to meet the victim's family, but she got into conflict with the administration.

Seema Kushwaha added, "Hathras' daughter has been burnt by the police by adding petrol. I have brought justice to Nirbhaya. I will also bring justice to her. Will also fight the case. He has also said that women of any profession in India cannot claim that they are safe." He fought a legal battle from the District Court to the Supreme Court. Nirbhaya convicts were executed on March 20, 2020.
