Selena Gomez and Cris Evans are said to be having an affair. The Only Murders in the Building star, who recently appeared on Saturday Night Live to support her bestie Taylor Swift, was photographed wearing a sweater that looked a lot like Chris Evans' in Knives Out. If you missed it, Swift performed a 10-minute rendition of her song "All Too Well" on Saturday Night Live, and she even released a TikTok video of her and Gomez hanging out backstage.

In the video, the 29-year-old Rare singer can be seen donning a cable knit sweater similar to the one Evans, 40, wore in Rian Johnson's 2019 film Knives Out. Swift's admirers were quick to connect the dots and wonder if Gomez's wardrobe decision was finally confirming the recent speculations about her and the Avengers star, knowing Swift's exceptional abilities for throwing social media Easter eggs. 

If you didn't already know, rumours of Gomez and Evans' purported affair have been circulating on the internet since October, when the two were photographed leaving the same LA studio, followed by other excursions at the same location. However, none of them has verified any rumours, and this is the closest we've gotten to confirmation! "I kind of have a thing on Chris Evans," Selena revealed in 2015. Isn't he adorable? While appearing on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, he said, "He's quite cute."
