Charu Asopa and Rajeev Sen remain in news due to their separation. The duo announced their divorce a few months ago but then decided to put it on hold for the sake of their daughter Ziana Sen after this the couple again planned ahead for their divorce.  They also made serious allegations against each other after they were seen in dancing to a romantic song in a wedding.

Charu in a recent interview talks about the incident and said, “A lot of people say 'inka drama phir shuru ho gaya hai, logon ko bewakoof bana rahe hain.' But I know what I have to do. Baba (Rajeev’s father) ne itne pyaar se bola ki achha lagega agar Ziana bhi aayegi toh .My father-in-law is a gem of a person. I will always be in touch with him. “

She further speaking about Rajeev’s father said, “Woh Ziana aur meri family toh hamesha hi rahegi,” Charu said, adding that the decision of separation has not been revoked. "We are through with the counselling and are on a six-month cooling-off period till June. I am glad that we have become cordial. He is trying his best.”

The couple recently traveled to Kolkata for a wedding. Charu taped her journey as she traveled to Kolkata from Mumbai to attend Rajeev's relative's wedding. The video features Charu and Rajeev's daughter, Sushmita Sen and others from the family but what catches the eyes of her fans was Charu and Rajeev’s dance performance on 'Pehla Pehla Pyaar Hai'.  The duo danced together as they entered the venue with the newly married couple. Charu dance performance on 'Jhalla wallah'. As she ended her dance, Rajeev took the stage and was later joined by Charu. After this their romantic couple performance on 'Pehla Pehla Pyaar Hai' caught everyone’s attention.
