Ranchi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is preparing for assembly elections in Jharkhand, has focused on the women's vote bank. In order to connect women emotionally with the party, BJP's Mahila Morcha team organized a big program on Sunday at Harmu Maidan in the capital Ranchi. This event was for the Kamal Sakhi Samman ceremony. In which women from all the districts of the state presented more than seven lakh ashes to CM Raghubar Das.

Many women reached the stage during this and also tied a rakhi to CM Raghubar Das. The BJP organized this event on the day of 'Karama', which is considered a festival of brotherhood in Jharkhand. If seen from a political point of view, there are 2.19 crore voters in the state. Out of which 1.04 crore are female voters in the ratio of 1.15 crore men. With this, the important role of women in elections can be directly understood.

Jharkhand CM Raghubar Das said during this time, "The sisters of the state have tied seven lakh Raksha sutras to me. I promise to all of you that I will always be ready for your help by becoming your brother in every difficulty, every problem. I will always strive for the prosperity of the mothers, sisters and daughters of Jharkhand. "
