Politics and discrimination are the common issues on every employee's mouth. Whenever we ask about the environment of the work, they complain about unusual sexism and politics.

An another case came into being with the same issue. As per the latest reports Uber's ex-employee  Susan J. Fowler, who worked for the company as a Site Reliability Engineer (SITE) have posted a blog which reveals the unbelievable truth about the giant IT company.

As per the reports, Fowler on her blog post said, "It was clear that he was trying to get me to have sex with him, and it was so clearly out of line that I immediately took screenshots of these chat messages and reported him to HR.”

After noticing this ill-mentality she approached to HR to change her team but they neglected.

She further added, "I met all of the qualifications for transferring – I had managers who wanted me on their teams, and I had a perfect performance score – so I didn’t see how anything could go wrong. And then my transfer was blocked."
