Srinagar: Shab-e-Kadar (important night) was celebrated with full religious enthusiasm and enthusiasm in the valley and other areas in Jammu and Kashmir. During this period, the believers worshiped Allah all night and turned to the mosques and apologized to the person above their sin. During the 27th night of Ramzan on Saturday night in the historic Jamia Mosque of Srinagar, a large number of people came to worship.

It is notable that according to Islamic beliefs, the date of Shab-e-Qadra is not prescribed because it can be in one of the last 10 days of Ramadan, i.e. 21, 23, 25, 27 or 29 nights. On the night of Shab-e-Kadr, Muslims of Muslim community read Namaz, recite the Quran and apologize for the sins committed by Allah.

In these nights the beauty of worshiping Allah (virtue) is the same as the worship of many years. Along with Jamia Masjid located in the Nuhatta area, the community also went to Dargah-e-Geer Sahib and Syed Yakub Shah's Dargahs. During this time, a large number of Momins were seen going through the streets and going towards the mosques.
