New Delhi: Jharkhand's left-handed spinner Shahbaz Nadeem has performed well in the past. He has played two Test matches for India A and took 15 wickets. In the first unofficial Test, he took 5-5 wickets twice and gave India a big win. In the second Test, he could not play due to fever. In the third and final Test, Shahbaz Nadeem again took 5 wickets. Despite such a spectacular performance, he is not able to find a place in the team.

Nadeem's claim for Team India is strong but with Kuldeep Yadav and Ravindra Jadeja, they find it difficult to get a chance. At the same time, he is now 30 years old which can go against him. Despite this, Nadeem is leaving no shortage on his side. He can now be seen playing in 5 ODIs and 2 ODIs against South Africa A.

He will then play in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. The left-handed spinner started playing domestic cricket 15 years ago in 2004. He has played 108 first classes, 98 list A and 117 T20 matches so far. In all, they have 416 wickets, including 5 times the feat of taking 10 wickets in a match. Nadeem Sunrisers has played for Hyderabad and Delhi Daredevils in IPL.
