Bangladesh's all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan is about to return to training at BKSP in Savar from the coming month. Shakib's eyes are set to return to international cricket. The left-handed player was banned for two years due to violation of ICC's anti-corruption rule, which has been abolished on 29 October 2020.

Shakib is currently in the US with his family and he plans to come to Dhaka in late August so that he is going to attend the camp. Shakib's mentor Najmul Abedin told ESPN Cricinfo, "Shakib will be coming to BKSP next month where he is going to be a coach and trainer."

We have coaches who are staying in the camp itself, so we will be able to work with them. Everything is going to be available to Shakib. "Shakib has played 56 Test matches for his country. Apart from this, he has played 206 ODIs and 76 T-20 matches for his country. In the World Cup held in England last year, he performed well for the team.
