Shamita Shetty has cost a lot to be a part of the famous reality show 'Bigg Boss 15' in the television world. Mentally she has become a little weak. She is taking therapy since doing this season. First, Shamita became a part of 'Bigg Boss OTT,' after that, she appeared in season 15 of 'Bigg Boss.' In an interview, Shamita said that her anxiety level had increased a lot inside the Bigg Boss house, due to which she is still dealing. Along with this, the show was mentally 'harassing' for Shamita.
In one of her interviews, Shamita said, "I will not say that my life is completely back on track after Bigg Boss. You must be able to know what I am trying to say here. I didn't realize it earlier. I used to feel a little uncomfortable when a lot of people used to be around me. There were a lot of people in Bigg Boss too. After coming out from there, it was my birthday, where a lot of people were partying. I came there. I felt like running away because I had to meet a lot of people."
The same Shamita Shetty called the show emotionally disturbing. Shamita said, when you come out of that house, you need a lot of healing. My anxiety level was very high inside the house. I already had anxiety issues. In such a situation, it is something like this, which I was already dealing with. I am seeing a therapist, she is very good. I know that these phases do not last forever. Shamita Shetty told that she is getting a lot of help from meditation.
