In Haridwar, Haridwar police is brainstorming to increase the POCSO Act in the rape case filed against Dr. Pranav Pandya of Shantikunj. In Tahrir, the victim had shown herself to be a minor at the time of the incident, but the POSCO Act came after it. There was a brainstorm among high officials of the police throughout the day on Sunday to investigate the high profile case, while the Kotwali police handed over all the documents related to the case to the investigating officer Meena Arya. Police is now trying to contact the victim. The case has to be completed in 60 days.
