Sensex: Stock market opens with gains, tremendous buying seen in banking stocks

On Wednesday, the stock markets also opened up. The Bombay Stock Exchange Sensitive Index Sensex opened 72.45 points higher at 34,029.14 on Wednesday. It was trading 0.45% or 153.95 points at 34,110.64 on Wednesday morning at 9.24 am. In the opening trade on Wednesday, 20 of the 30 stocks of the Sensex were seen trading on the green mark and 10 shares on the red mark.

In the early trade, HDFC saw the biggest increase in the Sensex shares at 1.55%, due to which it was trending at Rs 1798.75. HCL has gained 1.22%, Tech Mahindra 1.05%, Kotak Bank 0.81% and Reliance 0.58%. In the early trade, the shares of Hero Moto Corp were down 1.92%, Tata Steel 1.85%, Titan 0.77%, and Larsen & Toubro shares fell by 0.69%.

The index Nifty of the National Stock Exchange also showed a trend in early trading on Wednesday. It showed a trend of 0.32 percent or 32.65 points at 10,079.30 on Wednesday morning at 9.31 am. 30 stocks of 50-share Nifty were trending on the green mark and 20 stocks on the red mark. In the opening trade on Wednesday, three of the 11 sectoral indices were seen trending on the red mark and eight on the green mark. The maximum speed in the Nifty Private Bank was 1.15%. After this, there has been an increase of 1.04% in Nifty Realty, 0.93% in Nifty PSU Bank, 0.72% in Nifty Pharma, 0.95% in Nifty Finance Service, and 0.43% in Nifty FMCG. 0.44% was observed in Nifty Metal, 0.09% in Nifty Media, and 0.07% in Nifty IT.
