Mumbai: Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is presenting the country's general budget today. The stock market saw a boom as soon as the budget session started. In this, the Sensex has risen nearly 600 points to reach 46,882. Before the beginning of the budget, the stock market had recorded an increase of 528 points. At that time, the BSE index Sensex had reached 46,814. Earlier, the rupee opened 7 paise higher than the US dollar at 72.89 in early trade.

The Indian rupee opened 7 paise higher than the US dollar at 72.89 in today's opening trade. Today at 10:16 am, the Sensex was trading at 46,755.37 with a strength of 469.60 points. At the same time, before the budget, the stock market has started brilliantly. Earlier the Sensex had closed at 46,285, which opened at 46,605 today. Apart from this, the Nifty also saw a great start and it is trading at 13,750.05 with a gain of 115.45 points i.e. 0.85 percent.

In this way, before the Budget, the stock market has remained positive and investors are expecting any good announcement from the Finance Minister. According to the information given by experts, both the Sensex and Nifty can see good growth in today's business and the rupee is expected to strengthen.
