Further, Shashi Tharoor said that the educated voters of Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Punjab managed to avoid the BJP's propaganda policy and the bluff of militarism. As well as he said that in 2014 people had voted on employment, development issues and expected good days. In 2019, however, Narendra Modi preached such a way in which all these issues were missing and people were told that the country was under siege by internal and external enemies.
