LUCKNOW: The rift in the political ties between national president Akhilesh Singh Yadav and his uncle Shivpal Singh Yadav in the Samajwadi Party (SP) continues to grow bigger. Meanwhile, on Thursday, Shivpal hit back at SP chief Akhilesh Yadav's statement, saying he was one of the party's 111 MLAs. If Akhilesh has any problem, throw him out of the party.
Speaking to the media, Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party (PRASP) national president Shivpal said, "We have contested the election on the SP's symbol 'cycle.' If they feel so, take a decision immediately and throw us out of the Legislature Party. It may be recalled that when asked about Shivpal Yadav's links with the BJP yesterday, Akhilesh Yadav said that whoever meets the BJP will not be seen in the SP.
On the other hand, on the claim of SBSP President Om Prakash Rajbhar that Shivpal is in touch with him, Shivpal has clarified that he has not spoken to Rajbhar so far. Shivpal said there is no seriousness in Rajbhar's statement. I got a call, but nothing happened. He may have spoken to someone by my name. In politics, status is very important. When there is no stratification in his words, we will not speak seriously about his statement.
