Bhopal: The Shivraj government in Madhya Pradesh has recently made a big announcement and with this announcement, it has given a big gift to home guards and SDRF jawans. In fact, under the recent information, the announcement says that now they will be given food allowance while on duty like the police in the state (Food Allowance). In fact, the Government has made a provision in the Budget for this. Recently, State Home Minister Narottam Mishra said that a budget of Rs 25 lakh each has been earmarked for this purpose.
Tell all of you that till now home guards and SDRF jawans did not get any allowance for breakfast and food. But in the recent past, home minister Narottam Mishra was asked for it at the Home Guard jawans' programme and now, in view of the same value, the government has decided to extend this facility to them. Recently, Home Minister Narottam Mishra said, "Till now, home guards and SDRF personnel did not get food and snacks while on duty. He further said, "Now they will get breakfast and lunch after 8 hours of duty. A budget of Rs.25-25 lakhs has been earmarked for this purpose. The decision has been taken on humanitarian grounds. This will bridge the disparity between the police and home guard jawans. '
In fact, during the recent floods in many parts of the state, it was revealed that home guards and SDRF jawans risked their lives to save lives, but there was no budget to take adequate care of their food and drink. Apart from them, police personnel are provided food and breakfast while on duty. In such a situation, after making provisions in the Budget, these jawans will also get this facility. Let me tell you that this decision of the government will benefit more than 11,000 home guards in the state.
