Maihar: The havoc of the corona virus is now slowly diminishing. Madhya Pradesh Congress president and former state chief minister Kamal Nath has now targeted the Shivraj government over the same. In fact, Kamal Nath's statement comes after an FIR was lodged about the corona infection and allegedly creating fear among the people. He once again accused the state government last Friday of concealing the actual figures of covid-19 deaths.

In fact, while talking to the media in Maihar, he said, "Today, in this corona epidemic, the work of suppressing statistics is being done in Madhya Pradesh." At the same time, he further said, "I had said earlier that in this second wave of corona, the bodies of 1.27 lakh people have reached Muktidham Cemetery in the state. But today, based on the information received, I am saying that about 1.5 lakh bodies have reached muktidham and cemetery in this second wave. I believe that 80 per cent of the bodies were of corona victims. The figures of the Government are still in thousands." Let us tell you that according to a bulletin issued by the Health Department of Madhya Pradesh last Friday, the death toll in the state since Covid-19 so far is only 7,891.

Kamal Nath said, "When I demand this, I am called a traitor and ask them questions and say that they are playing politics on corpses. When I speak the truth, they lodge an FIR against me. He further said, "I never said that Covid's name is Indian Covid Variant. This is what many countries of the world are saying today. In the Supreme Court, the Central Government itself has written this in its affidavit. There is also proof of this." He also hit out at the Central Government saying, "India has not become great in the world because of the Modi government, but today its policies, rejections and negligence in the world have brought disgrace to the country." Now Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has also responded to his statement.

"Kamal Nath seems to have lost his composure after the state lost power," he says. In a tweet, he said, "Kamal Nath ji seems to have lost his composure after going to power. The Congress Madhya Pradesh President is saying that India is notorious. Does (Congress President) Sonia Gandhi agree with Kamal Nath's statement? Is the Congress not ashamed and ashamed? Hey Kamal Nathji, Madam Sonia Gandhiji, India is a very ancient and great nation. Its glory stories have been sung by the whole world. Born on this earth, Kamal Nath and today he is saying that India is notorious. Is it not a betrayal of the country to call your country a bad name?"
