Bhopal: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is in the process of connecting every section of the society with it. The BJP has a special emphasis on the sections which have not yet become the party's vote bank. The party is seeking to hold on to the sections where it's mass base is still weak. Former CM and national in-charge of membership campaign Shivraj Singh Chouhan have said that there is a need to hold on to every section.

"The BJP's victory in the Lok Sabha elections is not being digested by the opposition parties," Shivraj Singh Chouhan told a meeting of the Women's Front on Wednesday. The victory is unprecedented, but the best for the BJP is yet to come. Our best will be when we form our governments in States like Kerala, Andhra, Telangana, Odisha and Bengal. When the BJP flag will be hoisted from Kashmir to Kanya Kumari," he said.

Shivraj Singh Chouhan further said, "The membership drive is to expand the party by celebrating it as an organizational festival. "The universal BJP, the all-inclusive BJP, the all-around BJP, the artists, the writers, the social workers, the businessmen and the government, who have made outstanding contributions in their respective fields, have to reach out to every section of the society," he said. The schemes are to expand the organisation by adding beneficiaries to the party," he said.
