Mumbai: The Shiv Sena, through its mouthpiece Saamana, has raised questions about giving the  Sushant Singh Rajput case to the CBI to investigate. It is written in Saamna's editorial that 'CBI' is a central investigative agency, but it is not free and fair. It has been seen many times. Along with this, it is also written that an attempt is being made to discredit the Maharashtra government through Sushant Singh Rajput.

It is written in the face that the Mumbai Police is the highest investigative system in the world. Mumbai Police does not come under any pressure, it is completely professional. The Sheena Bora murder case was also solved by the Mumbai Police. Many big names were involved in it, but the police took everyone behind bars. Mumbai Police responded to the 26/11 terror attack and collected strong evidence and brought Kasab to the gallows.

The Shiv Sena wrote that interfering by the Center in a case like Sushant is an insult to the Mumbai Police. The 'CBI' is a central investigative agency, but it is not free and fair. It has been seen many times. Many states have also banned CBI. The CBI works at the behest of those whose government is at the Center. Institutions like Supreme Court to ED, CBI have been questioned in the last few years. Narendra Modi and Amit Shah are also among those who raise such questions.
