Lucknow: Politics has intensified over the Hathras gang rape case of Uttar Pradesh. In this case, the Shiv Sena is also targeting the Yogi government. Shiv Sena MLA Pratap Sarnaik has demanded from Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh that the Mumbai police should investigate the Hathras incident. For this investigation, a case should also be filed under CRPC 154 in Mumbai.

Pratap Sarnaik said that the way the UP police burned the victim's body in one night without the presence of the family, many questions are being raised. Therefore, a case should also be registered in Maharashtra, and Mumbai Police should go to UP to investigate the matter. He said that "In the case of Sushant Singh Rajput, Bihar Police had registered a case. This case should also be filed in Mumbai in the same way. In the future, if this matter is also referred to the CBI for investigation, then we have no problem".

After the death of the gang-rape victim in Hathras, UP, and after the funeral of the dead body in the dark of night, politics is at its peak. The opposition is an attacker on the Yogi government. However, in the Hathras case, the Yogi government has suspended the Superintendent of Police of the district, a DSP, and the in-charge of the police station concerned. In this case, along with the accused, polygraph, and narco test of the victim side will also be done.
