Mumbai: The Shiv Sena-BJP alliance seems to be standing strong in the Maharashtra assembly elections, but the alliance of Narayan Rane's son Nitesh Rane in Sindhudurg district has affected this alliance. Looking at the statements of both the parties, it seems that the alliance of BJP and Shiv Sena in the district has almost collapsed. Actually, the BJP has fielded Narayan Rane's son Nitesh Rane from the Kanakavali assembly seat.
This rift has arisen because of giving tickets to the son of Shiv Sena's rival Narayan Rane. In protest, Shiv Sena has made Satish Samvat its candidate. Please tell that Satish Sawant was once an activist of Narayan Rane's party Maharashtra Swabhiman Party. Who joined the Shiv Sena just before the election. The contest here is between Shiv Sena and Nitesh Rane, but the reality is that Nitesh Rane is now BJP candidate.
In such a situation, the Sindhudurg district BJP unit has expressed its displeasure over the non-adherence to the coalition religion and has supported independent candidates against the Shiv Sena in the other two assembly seats in the district. Let us tell you that there are three assembly seats under Sindhudurg district, which include the names of Kanakavali, Malvan-Kudal and Sawantwadi.
