Shinde's chair in danger! Rebel MLAs can do 'Ghar Wapsi'

Mumbai: Eknath Shinde, who is sitting on the chair of Maharashtra CM after rebelling against Shiv Sena, has faced a new problem. It has been almost three months since the government was formed, but he is facing the wrath of the MLAs who came with him. Due to this, Shinde is not able to expand the second expansion of his cabinet. In fact, most of the rebel MLAs from Shiv Sena, Eknath Shinde, want to see themselves as ministers in the government and this is the reason for the difficulty.

At the same time, these days the dispute between the real Shiv Sena and the fake Shiv Sena in Maharashtra is also at its peak, which is pending before the Supreme Court and the Election Commission. In such a situation, there is a discussion that there are some MLAs who can go back to the Uddhav Thackeray faction in case they are not able to become ministers. If that happens, there will be a big problem for Eknath Shinde. Even if some MLAs go, then the Eknath Shinde faction will face the threat of the anti-defection law.

When Eknath Shinde rebelled against the Shiv Sena and formed the government, he got the support of 40 MLAs. The Shiv Sena has a total of 54 MLAs. In such a situation, it is required to stay at least 37 MLAs with him till the dispute is resolved so that he can avoid the defection law. So if four of the rebel MLAs also part ways, the number will remain at 36 and there will be a threat of a defection law. This is the difficulty of Eknath Shinde, due to which he is trying to persuade the MLAs.
