Therefore, it is wrong to assume that the Governor is not taking a decision on it, such a lawyer point has been found by BJP leader Ashish Shelar. But that 'point of order' has no meaning. Rather, this cover-up opens up the intention of the Governor. The law does not say in what and how long the decision should be taken. It's like nonsense and running away. Because it does not mean that you do not make appointments for 6 months, throughout the year. Not appointing is an insult to the State Legislature.
