Mumbai: Maharashtra's cabinet has recommended nominating 12 members to the Legislative Council. In fact, six months have passed since this recommendation, but so far the Governor has not taken any decision. In such a situation, when information was sought from the Governor's Secretariat under RTI, a reply has been received from Raj Bhavan that no list of such recommended names is available. After all this, the Mumbai High Court has now asked the Governor a question. In fact, shiv sena mouthpiece 'Saamana' has raised questions with the Governor.

Shiv Sena has first taken a dig at Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari, the Modi government at the Centre and the state BJP and wrote, "Does the Raj Bhavan in Maharashtra not come under the interpretation of dynamic administration? At present, The Governors of Bengal and Maharashtra are a little too much in the news. (ii) Bengal Governor Jagdish Dhankar has slowed down a bit while Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari has slowed down in some cases. This is a reality and not a criticism. The Mahamandaleshwars of the BJP should understand this reality. ''

Further, 'Saamana' stated, "The Maharashtra Cabinet takes a majority decision and sends a file to the Governor and the Governor does not decide it for six months. Is it called slow motion or something? The file is 6 months old and was hit by cyclone Taute which hit the Mumbai coast yesterday. It cannot be said that stormy waves entered raj bhavan and the file was washed away. Now the mystery of the file episode is getting darker. This is because the file, which has a 'list' of the proposed names of 12 people, has come to light from the Governor's Secretariat".

It is further written in the face, "This is a direct ghostact. There is a law to eradicate superstition in Maharashtra. There is no place for ghosts, witchcraft. However, an important file sent by the Chief Minister is not available for 6 months. Now she went missing. What is this to be considered a sign? Now the Bombay High Court has asked the Governor, 'Sir, what happened to that file?' So, the governor will have to disclose that the file was stolen by a ghost".

In addition, it has been written in Saamana that if the list of 12 nominated members had been cleared by the Governor in time, those members could have worked more dedicatedly in this corona crisis period, but the Governor has done illegal work by keeping these 12 places vacant for 6 months. It is not recorded in the law that a decision in the matter of appointment of MLAs should be taken within a specific period of time. Therefore, it is wrong to assume that the Governor is not taking a decision on it, such a lawyer point has been found by BJP leader Ashish Shelar. But that 'point of order' has no meaning. Rather, this cover-up opens up the intention of the Governor. The law does not say in what and how long the decision should be taken. It's like nonsense and running away. Because it does not mean that you do not make appointments for 6 months, throughout the year. Not appointing is an insult to the State Legislature.

Talking to reporters after writing the match, Shiv Sena MP and spokesperson Sanjay Raut said that the governor's non-sanction of 12-member file, politics behind it and press the file is the upper order. The Opposition is living on the false belief that we will topple the present Government of Maharashtra. But this belief is carbon dioxide and not 'oxygen'. There is poisonous air. We are warning of the danger that we will suffer from suffocation in this ups and downs.
