Amritsar: A bloody clash between Shiv Sena workers and Khalistani supporters is being reported in Punjab's Patiala on Friday. During this struggle, swords were openly waved and stones pelted. Since then, the situation in the city has become extremely tense. According to the report, the clash took place during the Khalistan Murdabad march taken out by Shiv Sena workers in Patiala. Several Sikh organisations and Hindu activists came face to face, after which the police had to struggle a lot to solve the entire case. During this time, swords were waved and stoned from both sides.

In fact, the Khalistan Murdabad march was taken out from Arya Samaj Chowk in Patiala under the leadership of Harish Singla, the Punjab working president of the Shiv Sena (Bal Thackeray). Shiv Sena workers were taking out a march shouting slogans of Khalistan Murdabad. During this time, some Sikh organizations also came to the road waving swords and the situation became tense from both sides. At the same time, Shiv Sena leader Harish Singla said that Shiv Sena will never allow Khalistan to be formed in Punjab nor will it allow any Khalistan to be named.

It is being told that Shiv Sena had announced to take out a march against Khalistan a day ago, so the police had already become alert. The police had barricaded the Shiv Sainiks to stop them in view of the possibility of an untoward incident.
