In a video of the incident that is going viral on social media, Sanaullah is seen sitting on the front passenger seat of his official vehicle when a shoe hits his windscreen. According to media reports, the shoe was allegedly thrown by the driver of Imran Khan's party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) member (MPA) Rashid Hafeez in the Punjab Assembly. This incident took place after the session of Punjab Vidhansabha concluded. The MLAs of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) created a ruckus in the Vidhan Sabha demanding a no-confidence motion against CM Parvez Elahi. At that time Home Minister Rana Sanaullah and his party PML-N leader Ata Tarar were also present in the visitor's gallery of the assembly.
Opposition legislators raised slogans in the House against CM Parvez Elahi and demanded a trust vote, as ordered by state Governor Balighur Rahman. Let us tell you that there is a ruckus between the ruling party and the opposition regarding the dissolution of the Punjab Legislative Assembly. In Pakistan, the PML-N government of Shahwaz Sharif is at the center, while in the state of Punjab, former PM Imran Khan's party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is in power.
