According to the expert, one should take bath only 2-3 times in a day. Every time you watch the clock, it should be mostly in the contact of fifteen minutes. He told that bathing for a long time destroys the natural oil present in the body. It can cause dry and lifeless skin as well as itching and infection.

Do not take bath immediately after waxing-
-Do you shower directly after shaving or waxing? If so, you are inadvertently calling a skin infection. According to the expert, waxing and shaving open the pores in the skin. In such a situation, while taking a shower, germs can enter these pores and give rise to the problem of nail and acne.

Do not dissolve oil directly in water-
Essential oils are helpful in relaxing the body and mind due to its sweet fragrance, but it does not dissolve in water, so skin does not get benefit. The expert has advised to mix oil in water after dissolving it in barley flour to get soft, soft and shiny skin.

Apply moisturizer
- If you stay in the water for a long time, the skin starts becoming dry and lifeless. Human beings may also complain of itching and burning. In such a situation, immediately after bathing, apply moisturizer or coconut-olive oil.
