New Delhi: The egregious Shraddha Walker murder case of Delhi has now been transferred by the Magistrate Court to the Sessions Court for trial. The Magistrate Court says that the investigation of the documents has been completed. Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) is exclusively triable by the Court of Session. Let us inform you that, recently the Magistrate Court had taken cognizance of the charge sheet of Delhi Police.

Let us tell you that 27-year-old Shraddha Walker, a resident of Maharashtra, was brutally killed by her live-in partner Aftab (28) in Mehrauli, Delhi on 18 May 2022, and after killing her, her body was cut into 35 pieces which were thrown at different places in Chhatarpur forest. The accused had bought a refrigerator of 300 liters capacity to keep the body parts and used to come out of the house in the middle of the night to throw these pieces. According to a report, Aftab had confessed to killing Shraddha in a narco test and said that he did not regret being hanged as even after death he would get Hurrons in Jannat. Aftab had also confessed that he had victimized around 20 Hindu girls in this way.

Let us tell you that Aftab and Shraddha came in contact with each other through an online dating app and later both started working in a call center in Mumbai, where they both fell in love with each other. When Shraddha's family opposed this relationship because of their different religions, they both did not agree and this love story ended with 35 pieces of Shraddha.
