Supreme organization of Sikhs calls RSS 'Anti-national organization'

Amritsar: Giani Harpreet Singh the chief of Shri Akal Takht Sahib, the highest organization of Sikhs, has called the Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh (RSS) an anti-national institution. He has said that RSS is working to break the country. Giani Harpreet Singh has said that "the work that RSS is doing is not to connect the country, but to reverse it and the government should pay attention to it".

When Giani Harpreet Singh was questioned that PM Narendra Modi himself was associated with the RSS at some point, he said that "whatever it is, RSS is an anti-national organization which is not in the interest of the country". It is worth mentioning that recently RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat had said that "the goal of RSS is not only to change the Hindu community but to organize the whole society in the country. Also, India has to move towards a better future".

On Saturday, Mohan Bhagwat had said that "the best way is to create good people, who can play an important role in changing the society and the country". Earlier he had said that "our progress was due to the British, it is wrong to say. We can establish a society on the basis of Vedas. Hindi is not a language or province, it is a culture which is the cultural heritage of the people of India".
