About two years before today, in the year 2018, the famous serial 'Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain' of TV got disturbed when the serial 'Bhabhi Ji' i.e. Shilpa Shinde dropped out of the serial. The period of production and accusation between them went on for a long time after going from serial. But Shilpa did not return to the serial and was replaced by TV actress Shubhangi Atre. After Shubhangi became 'Bhabhi Ji', she started being compared to Shilpa Shinde.

Some described her as superior to Shilpa, while some accused her of copying Shilpa in exact form. Shubhangi never spoke openly on these allegations, but now she has responded to these allegations. Recently in a conversation with a media reporter, Shubhangi said, 'I really don't think much about it. If I had thought so much and focused my mind, I would never have been able to play this character. This is the principle of my life. Whenever you take a task in your hand and do it with all honesty and integrity, no one can stop you from making progress.'

She added, 'Acting is my passion. When I joined this show, everyone had high expectations from me. Rather my family had prevented me from doing this role, they told me that I would be compared a lot to Shilpa. I remember that when I was given the script for this serial, there were two more shows in my hand. But my gut feelings said that I should do 'Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain' and I did it'.
