It has often been seen that people consume protein supplement to make the body. Whey proteins are of three types: concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate. Concentrate is not very popular with people, as it has no flavor, while isolates also contain less fat and contain up to 90% of their protein in weight. The hydrolysate is pre-digested and it reacts very quickly. But another aspect of this is that it is very expensive and far from the reach of ordinary gym-goers.
It is worth noting that like everything, protein also has some side effects. Due to protein in it, excessive consumption can cause stone in your kidney. In addition, high protein also puts a lot of pressure on the liver. Some research suggests that due to excess of protein in the body, there is a risk of mineral body density decreasing due to mineral imbalance and due to excess lactose it promotes constipation. People suffering from Lactose Intolerance should not take Wheat Protein instead they can take Soy Protein.
Let me tell you that the protein or any of the supplements does not work in a magical way. The side effects of many of our supplements are due to our poor eating habits and the habit of overeating.
