Bijapur: The government and police administration have achieved a major success. In the Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh, affected by red terror, six naxalites who were carrying rewards of varying amounts on their heads have surrendered to the government. Naxal elimination campaign is being carried out by the government. This campaign is being carried out under the guidance of IG Vivekananda Sinha in Bastar. These include two women Naxalites, including a Naxalite platoon commander and a deputy commander. The government had announced a reward of 19 lakh rupees on these Naxalites.

These Naxalites were active in Farsagarh and Nelsanar area of Bijapur district. Naxalites are constantly being encouraged to connect with the mainstream of society under the Naxalite Eradication Campaign. Superintendent of Police of Bijapur district Divyang Patel gave this information. In the same order, Platoon Commander Dilip Vadde alias Chinna of Naxalite Company No.1 in Maad Division surrendered after reaching the police station with AK 47 rifle. They had a reward of eight lakh rupees.

Dilip alias Chinna was active in Naxalite organization since the year 2003 and in incidents like looting in Geidam police station, looting in police line in Koraput Odisha, robbery at Dhaudai police station in district Narayanpur, ambush police party at different places Included. Apart from this, Madkam Bundi alias Bandu was also active in the Maad division, which surrendered with the SLR rifle.

He was working on the rank of deputy commander in the Naxalite organization and was declared a reward of eight lakh rupees by the government. He was active in the Naxalite organization since 2010 and is a specialist in native rocket launchers.
