According to research, the production of smartphones in India can be reduced by 30% due to the lockdown. January and February saw a decrease in smartphone production in China, although conditions are getting better there now. By April-May, mobile production in China may be back on track.

A new report by CounterPoint Research is claiming that there will be some stability in China in the second quarter. The production of smartphones and other electronic products can be started all over the world only after the situation is normal in China, as China is the largest exporter of electronics parts. Apart from this, the production of smartphones in India has reduced by 30 percent due to the lockdown. If seen from the point of view, the production of mobiles in India is completely closed at the moment.
