The global system is very important in the world today. Internationally, business transactions, and cultural and information exchanges are so high that the need for an international justice system cannot be ruled out. Not only that but crime has also been internationalized in the world. Which now requires an international justice system. That is why world day for international justice is celebrated every year for the victims of war criminals, any kind of disputes between countries, crimes against humanity, etc.

This day is also known as the International Day of Criminal Justice or the International Day of Justice. On this day, all those who support justice, seek to protect the rights and interests of the victims, to stop the crimes spread internationally which are against security and peace and the world.

In fact, on July 17, 1988, many countries of the world have come together to enter into a contract for the arrangement of the International Criminal Court. It is called Rome Statute. Today, 139 countries of the world have become part of this agreement. The ICC's jurisdiction is for crimes of a very serious nature and does not take the place of the national justice system of countries. It only interferes when a country cannot or does not conduct an investigation.
