CM Arvind Kejriwal has taken many decisions after the formation of AAP government in the national capital Delhi. One of which was CCTV cameras installed in the capital. Chief Minister Kejriwal's decision raised many questions. There was a lot of controversy over the plan. Now this plan surrounded by these controversies is proving helpful for Delhi. Now many crime cases in Delhi are being solved with the help of this CCTV camera. With the help of CCTV, the entire case of kidnapping of a child was easily solved.

An attempt was made to kidnap a girl from the Shakarpur area of East Delhi in the capital. Mother clashed with miscreants to save her four-year-old girl from kidnappers. The kidnapping attempt failed, and the miscreants fled. This entire incident was captured in CCTV cameras and due to this, the accused are now caught by the police. A chain snatching incident was captured on CCTV on Wednesday. Now CCTV cameras are proving to be economical to curb crime in the capital.

According to sources, from September 2019 till now, footage of more than 200 cases has been obtained by the capital police. Some cases have also been resolved by the police. In the midst of the epidemic crisis, these cameras are assisting the police, and are bringing the culprit behind the bars. A similar case was encountered in a posh area of Delhi where a corona infected person had arrived from abroad. In police interrogation, he did not inform the police about the people who came in his contact. Then the police easily traced the primary contact from the CCTV footage.
