Mumbai: A doctor couple living in Virar city of Maharashtra lost their 30-year-old son in a road accident. After the death of the son in a road accident, the parents donated his organs. The newly married wife has also given her consent for organ donation. Now 11 lives will be benefited from these organ donations.

According to the report, 30-year-old Saket Dandwate, who lost his life in the road accident, was an engineer by profession. He used to work in a digital app company in Bangalore. He was very fond of biking. He also joined a group for biking during the holidays. He often liked to travel by bike in his free time. On May 15, Saket was going from Pune to Bangalore by bike. On the way, an unknown car hit him from behind near Chitradurga in Karnataka. He was wearing a helmet. Despite this, he suffered very serious injuries. On the way, a person saw him injured and got him admitted to the hospital. After this the relatives of Saket were informed about the accident.

The family members admitted Saket to the Narayana Hospital in Bangalore in a critical condition. Where he also stayed on ventilator for a few days. Due to many serious injuries in the body, doctors could not save Saket. He was declared dead. After this Saket's parents, who are themselves doctors by profession. He donated the organs of his son Saket. The organs donated to the body include liver, kidney, eyes, heart valves and skin. Saket's wife also agreed to donate his organs. Who got married only 5 months ago. The wife of the deceased Saket works in an IT company in Bangalore. After organ donation, the family performed the last rites of their son in Bengaluru on Friday.

Saket's father Vineet is the head of Indian Medical Association Virar. His mother Dr. Sumedha is an Ophthalmologist. Everyone in his family has donated organs. Earlier his grandfather had donated his organs. Son Saket had also recently expressed his desire to donate his organs after his death.
