Actress Sonakshi Sinha has left Twitter on Saturday. She had said goodbye to Twitter stating that negativity is spreading more on this platform, due to which she wants to stay away from it. While saying so, Sonakshi had deactivated her Twitter account. After Sonakshi, many other Bollywood stars have also distanced themselves from Twitter. Recently, actors Saqib Saleem, Ayush Sharma and Zaheer Iqbal have also left Twitter.

Saqib Saleem has told the growing negativity is the reason for his leaving Twitter. He wrote, "I am breaking up with you Twitter. You were lovely on the first meeting. There was a big platform to express emotions, gather knowledge and understand many different points of view. But now hatred is increasing. Recently I realized that I do not need negative energy." While sharing the screenshot of his last tweet on Instagram, he wrote, 'Goodbye Twitter'. Salman Khan's brother-in-law Ayush Sharma has also left Twitter.
