Lucknow: There is resentment among parents after children were forced to offer Namaz at BLS International School in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. The parents allege that the meeting was organised on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, on the occasion of World Heritage Day. During this time, the children were forced to offer Namaz. The principal of the school, Sonia, and two teachers, Irfan and Rizwan, have been expelled following an outcry from parents and Hindutva organisations.

According to media reports, the family members reached the school on Wednesday (April 19) as soon as they got the information that Namaz would be offered there. They protested by registering objections to offering Namaz. Hinduist leaders in the area also took part in this demonstration. Hanuman Chalisa was also recited at the school gate in protest. Parents say that Kalava (Rakshasutra) is also taken from the hands of the children in the school. Restrictions are imposed on applying tika to the head by children or applying henna to girls. The parents demanded strict action against the school.

Some children studying at the school have also confirmed the incident of offering Namaz. Videos and pictures related to this are becoming increasingly viral on social media. Activists and guardians of Hinduist organisations are demanding strict action by registering an FIR against the guilty teachers. Students say that everyone except small children was asked to offer namaz. Hinduist activists say that young children have been forced to pray namaz and have been made to climb the first step of Islamic conversion.

'Shaheed Atiq Amar Rahe, Yogi-Modi Murdabad...', the crowd raised slogans after reading namaz, prayers have already been made for the terrorists!
