Film actor Sonu Sood proved to be a great help to the migrants stranded in Mumbai due to the lockdown. Sonu Sood booked flight tickets for two DDihat youths waiting for help for two and a half months. The two youths who reached Dehradun will reach their homes after a seven-day quarantine. Deepak Kanyal, a resident of Kiroli, and Lalit Tiwari, a resident of Dunakot, work in Mumbai.

For your information, let us tell you that Deepak Kanyal worked in Marine Port and Lalit Tiwari worked in some other company. When the lockdown happened, both of them got stuck there. Due to no arrangement to return home, the two stayed in the room for two and a half months. Deepak and Lalit said that the slum area of Mumbai was close to the place where they were. There was a growing fear of corona positive cases growing there. All attempts to return home would go waste.

He told his problem to Jagjivan Kanyal of Kauthig Foundation. When Jagjivan told Sonu Sood, he booked two tickets from Mumbai to Dehradun. After this, both of them reached Dehradun by plane on Saturday, where both of them would have to stay in Quarantine for seven days. Deepak and Lalit said on phone that they are breathing in open air after two and a half months. He once felt that he would not be able to return home. He has thanked actor Sonu Sood.
