It appears that our South celebrities' problems are beyond over. Actress Lakshmi Manchu has tested positive for COVID-19, following in the footsteps of Mahesh Babu. She posted a note on her Instagram account informing everyone on her health.Â
Lakshmi Machu wrote, "COVID-19 has finally caught me after two years of playing hide and seek... and yelling 'Go corona go!' I put up a valiant fight, but it had other ideas. To get free of its grips, I'm taking all necessary precautions. PSA To all Stay at home, be safe, and wear a mask ".

On the work front, Nithiin will feature with Krithi Shetty in the much-anticipated film Macherla Niyojakavargam. The film, directed by rookie director M S Raja Shekhar Reddy, will be released on April 29, 2022. Mahathi Swara Sagar created the music for the film, and Prasad Murella handled the photography. Sudhakar Reddy and Nikitha Reddy produce the film under the Sreshth Movies banner. Meanwhile, Nithiin was most recently seen in the dark comedy Maestro, which was released on an OTT platform in September 2021.
Lakshmi Manchu, meanwhile, starred in the Netflix anthology Pitta Kathalu. Nag Ashwin, B. V. Nandini Reddy, Tharun Bhascker, and Sankalp Reddy directed the four short film portions that make up the play. Amala Paul, Ashwin Kakumanu, Eesha Rebba, Jagapati Babu, Ashima Narwal, Saanve Megghana, Sanjith Hegde, and Shruti Haasan were among the ensemble cast members. The Pitta Kathalu was launched on Netflix on February 19, 2021, thanks to RSVP Movies and Flying Unicorn Entertainment.
